Simone Sullivan SS20 x VNF Productions

I’M BACK! So as many could notice I took a much needed hiatus. I have begun freelancing so just trying to get my mind, and bills, in order. But with NYFW finally being over I can start fresh with some new content. So this first post is going to be about Simone Sullivan. So if you don’t know who Simone is I’m so happy I have been given the chance to introduce her to you.

She is an amazing designer who just released her Spring Summer ‘20 collection. I have had the pleasure of attending a few of her shows in the past and each collection just gets better and better.

To begin the venue was so cute and there was an open bar, which WE LOVE.

So what caught my eye in this collection was the color scheme, which was bold bright colors. Towards the end of the show its revealed that the entire collection together represents the rainbow, we love an inclusive moment. So her collection is 80’s inspired and you could totally feel that vibe during the show. The music and background production really set the tone for the show.

Another thing that really sets Simone outside the norm this season is the fact that she only did pants. Now I like a eye catching moment and it definitely was refreshing seeing pants that were so detailed and tailored. In fashion today I feel that every piece of your outfit should be a statement and that is exactly what this collection has done. It gives people a chance to wear some beautiful pants that will have you being the eye of any block. I have attached my favorite looks and also at the bottom is a video of the closing walk.

Great job this season Simone and VNF Productions. Looking forward to more shows and events.

Rihanna wanted to share her own brand of Savage X Fenty, styled with strong shapes and great tailoring and of course it turned out to be super-boss. Because that’s who she is!! Bad Gyal RiRi ❤️

What a blessing it is to be comfortable in our own skin. Her aim has never been to make women feel sexy: it’s always been to make us feel like us. Alive and sensual.
